A little about me...
Carlos Romero
I was born in California but really am from the Southwest, having spent most of my days in Northern New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado. I studied English Lit. and Art History at a small liberal arts university right outside Austin and believe strongly in education as a collaboration between teacher, student, family, and community. I moved to Denver in 2010 with my soon to be wife and our dogs. Since then we have welcomed two amazing daughters to our clan and are learning all about this journey called "parenthood". I am thrilled to be a member of the DGS community and participate in all the innovative teaching that is happening inside and outside of our building. Finally, I love teaching and am humbled each day by the curiosity, individuality, love, and potential that your children bring to my life and our school. They are in good hands.
